July 27, 2025 — Delta Air Lines launched a new daily nonstop from Salt Lake City to Seoul in June, enabling one-stop travel from Salt Lake City to dozens of Asian destinations (including Bali, Indonesia) via SkyTeam partners Korean Air, Vietnam Airlines, China Airlines, China Southern, Xiamen Airlines and Garuda Indonesia.

Travelers from SLC to Seoul save at least 3 hours of travel time compared with connecting in Seattle or San Francisco. The year-round daily nonstop to Seoul solidifies Delta’s commitment to making SLC an international hub, with flights to Lima, Peru set to start in December 2025.

Passengers connecting onward at Incheon Airport can take advantage of fast international-to-international connections, requiring just 45 minutes between flights.

Delta uses its premier A350-900 aircraft on SLC-ICN, offering 190 seats in Delta Main (Economy), 36 seats in Delta Comfort, 48 seats in Delta Premium Select and 32 suites in Delta One with lie-flat beds. Economy seats offer 31-32 inches of seat pitch.
